Who We Work With

Everyone experiences anxiety from time to time, it’s a normal reaction to stress. But sometimes, anxiety can become excessive and persistent, causing physical symptoms like a racing heart and trouble catching your breath. When this happens, it can be difficult to manage daily tasks and enjoy life.

Depression can feel like a heavy weight that drags you down. It’s more than just feeling sad for a short while. It can cause a persistent feeling of emptiness, hopelessness, and a loss of interest in activities you used to enjoy. Depression can also affect your sleep, appetite, and energy levels.

Emotional trauma can be caused by events that make you feel unsafe, overwhelmed, or out of control. These events can be big things like accidents or violence, or seemingly less dramatic events. The aftermath of emotional trauma can be confusing, with a mix of emotions like fear, anger, or sadness. Making it hard to feel settled and safe.

ADHD can make it challenging to focus and stay on task. You might find your mind wandering easily, and staying still or keeping quiet in certain situations can feel difficult. The way your brain processes information is a little different. The good news is, with some strategies and support, we can help you manage these challenges

ADHD & Autism Evaluations

Do you suspect you or someone you love might have ADHD or Autism? Our comprehensive evaluations can help provide clarity. We utilize a variety of methods to assess symptoms and develop a personalized understanding of your unique needs. Early and accurate diagnosis is crucial for creating effective treatment plans and improving quality of life.

How It Works

Individual Therapy

Our individual therapy sessions are designed to help you navigate challenges and concerns, from anxiety and depression to trauma and relationship issues. We utilize evidence-based treatments to help you build resilience, develop healthy coping skills, and achieve your goals. Discover the root causes of your difficulties and work towards lasting change with personalized therapy sessions tailored to your unique needs and goals.

Couples Therapy

Couples therapy deepens connection with your partner, enhances communication, and improves conflict resolution skills. We work with you and your partner to identify patterns of behavior that may be causing distress and provide tools to help you build a stronger, healthier relationship.

Family Therapy

Family therapy helps families build stronger relationships, improve communication, and resolve conflicts. We believe that every family has unique strengths, and we work with your family to identify those strengths and build on them to create a more positive and supportive family environment.

Psychological Testing

Evaluations and assessments can provide a comprehensive understanding of your strengths and weaknesses or underlying causes of your symptoms. They can help identify and clarify mental health issues that impact your functioning. They can be used to determine diagnoses, treatment options, assess cognitive abilities, or provide insight into your emotional, behavioral, social, and personality functioning.
