As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I understand that seeking therapy can be a difficult step. Through my own exploration of self-discovery and wellness, I am able to understand that progress is not linear. Whether you’re dealing with a specific issue or just looking to improve your overall well-being, I am here to help.

My goal is to create a safe and compassionate environment where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings, gain insight into their behaviors and develop effective coping strategies. CBT helps clients identify and modify negative thought patterns and behaviors, promoting immediate coping strategies. Meanwhile, psychodynamic delves into the unconscious and past experiences to uncover and address deep seated emotional issues. This combination allows for both immediate symptom relief and long term emotional growth. Clients can gain practical tools for managing their current issues and gain insight into underlying emotional patterns, fostering both immediate relief and long term personal growth.
